FROM SURVIVOR TO BLOOMVIVOR
Listen to Jazzlyn’s incredible story of surviving unimaginable abuse and alchemising her pain into wisdom and purpose.
Hi,
I’m Jazzlyn, a keynote speaker, trauma alchemist, and the founder of BLOOMVIVOR® and RegenACES™.
My work is rooted in both lived experience and professional expertise.
I’m a Registered Nurse with psychiatric experience and a certified practitioner in Regenerative Health, Breathwork, Trauma Release, Sound Healing, and EFT/TFT.
I survived torture, human trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, rape, and a hostage-taking.
Through a combination of breathwork, EMDR, somatic release, subconscious reprogramming, inner child healing, and frequency healing, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.
My transformation revealed profound truths:
Survivors of developmental trauma are not broken. That’s a societal lie we’ve accepted as truth.
Healing from complex trauma is not achieved by rehashing what happened. True healing happens when we reconnect with the body and address the emotional and subconscious imprints.
Being witnessed and believed is medicine and profoundly healing.
The body holds innate wisdom for healing and alchemy; we need the right tools to access it.
These revelations became the foundation of The Bloomvivor Method®, a body-mind healing modality that I developed to help survivors heal from severe abuse and developmental trauma.
Through this method, I help women release emotional blockages, rewire the traumatic imprints that keep them trapped in trauma loops, and rebuild a healthy sense of self.
Adverse Childhood Experiences
According to research, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) have profound and lifelong effects on both physical and mental health.
A growing body of evidence has linked ACE exposure to poor academic performance, an increased risk of chronic health conditions, and a higher likelihood of developing diseases associated with prolonged chronic stress.
The higher a person’s ACE score, the greater their risk of negative health outcomes throughout life, including cancer, mental illness, and other chronic health conditions. (Source: Webster, E. M. (2022)
As someone with an ACE score of 9 out of 10 who struggled with my mental health for more than three decades, I cannot accept that childhood trauma determines a person’s entire future or health.
That is why part of my mission is helping survivors recover from the physical consequences of chronic childhood stress and trauma-induced burnout.
Through Regenerative Health, I specialise in supporting cellular healing, aiding the body’s innate ability to regenerate.
Healing is possible
Many complex trauma survivors believe they are broken, completely unaware of their innate capacity to heal.
My work gently guides them to reconnect with their bodies and their ability to heal, allowing them to build vibrant health, unshakable confidence, and deep self-love.
I’m living proof that one can endure unimaginable abuse and still bloom.
I’m here to remind survivors:
It’s time to bloom.
You are not defined by the cruelty you endured, but by how you rise despite it.
